Inter Miami star Lionel Messi is expected to miss the team’s next match after leaving Wednesday’s contest with a leg injury.

According ESPN.com, Inter Miami head coach coach Gerardo “Tata” Martino declared that Messi is likely to sit out Saturday’s MLS match against D.C. United, saying: “I don’t want to take any risks, but I imagine that he won’t be available for Saturday’s game. That’s the only thing I can say about it now.
